High-efficiency Anti-staining Additives: Key to Clean Production in the Textile Industry

Anti-stain additives are a class of key functional chemicals that block the adhesion and migration of contaminants on substrate surfaces through chemical or physical actions. Their core function lies in using mechanisms such as interface modification and molecular complexation to effectively prevent the initial adhesion of contaminants such as dyes and oils, while also inhibiting the secondary deposition of already detached contaminants. This significantly improves the cleanliness, washability, and service life of the substrate. In the textile printing and dyeing industry, high-quality anti-stain additives can improve the color fastness of fabrics from grade 2-3 to grade 4-5 (ISO 105C06 standard) and reduce dye residue by more than 60%, greatly reducing production rework rates.
